The workshop is scheduled to take place on Monday, March 18, 2024, at Stanford University in the Gates Computer Science Building, Room 119. We ask that attendees book their own flights as well as accommodations, and then submit reimbursement forms to AEI. AEI will reimburse individuals for an economy class fare; fares above economy class will not be reimbursed.

A hotel block has been arranged at the Sheraton Palo Alto for Sunday, March 17 to Tuesday, March 19, 2023. Please access this link to book your accommodation through the hotel block. The hotel block expires on February 19, 2024. Please ensure that you make the hotel booking before then.

To apply for reimbursement, please return a W-9 form and a direct deposit form to Hunter Dixon and Josh Boynton at AEI.
